Jaida Grey Eagle is an Oglala Lakota freelance documentary photographer based in St. Paul, Minnesota. A member of Women Photograph, Indigenous Photograph, and the 400 Years Project, she brings a unique perspective rooted in storytelling and cultural connection. Jaida has collaborated with a wide range of clients and organizations, and her work is grounded in a documentary approach that captures authenticity and emotion. In addition to her editorial and project-based work Jaida is also a beadwork and multimedia artist, fusing modern and ancestral techniques in her work such as hide tanning, shell work, and leather working.
